All Q+ and SonixOne Sonix ultrasound systems come equipped with a 5 Year* Manufacturer’s Warranty and full access to our Technical Support Team. This way we ensure you receive the level of support that you need to provide better patient care and run an efficient practice.
Our Open Sonix platform allows us to remotely access and diagnose an issue with your system in real-time. 80% of support issues can be resolved using remote support and in the rare circumstance that an issue cannot be resolved, we have field technicians and parts delivery throughout North America to ensure your system is fixed quickly. Remote support is included with the three years of your warranty and can be added on after the third year through one of our Optional Support Plans.
